The Prime Timers ministry is
Orange Avenue's senior ministry,
which involves both senior
citizens in ministry and
ministers to senior citizens in
need. Prime Timers
activities range from regular
fellowship meals to spiritual
and social retreats, to a
variety of service type
activities. The Prime Timers
purpose is to sustain a feeling
of belonging and a sense of
worth/value among the 55 and
older members in the body of
Christ.
Goals:
Sustain a feeling of
belonging with fellowships.
Sustain a sense of worth
with service projects.
Service Opportunities:
Participate in pot luck
dinners.
Participate in planned
outings.
Participate in a service
project to be determined by
the needs within the church
and by interest in the
group.
