Providing leadership training
for the church is essential for
the spiritual health and growth
of God's family. This ministry
provides leadership training and
opportunities to engage in
servant leadership practices in
several areas of church life.
Presently there are three areas
for which this ministry serves:
Lads-to-Leaders, pre-teen and
teens.
Goals:
Teach our youth to be
leaders in the church as
well as the community by
making opportunities to lead
in worship and community.
Teach our youth to be
humble servants.
Teach our youth to be
examples of Christ.
Help our youth to grow
spiritualy.
